Regeneration is fully underway of Liverpool’s industrious area, previously the historic centre of the city’s rag trade and ongoing textile trade. The plans for the district include better signage, more green and public spaces, restaurants, bars and housing; in keeping with existing buildings. Working with developer YPG, we are working on the SFS, External works, Intumescent coating to steels and internal ceilings and partitions. We are really excited to be a part in the areas regeneration which will link different areas in the city centre.
