Abbey PACS worked with Tier 1 contractor, ISG on the refurbishment of Plymouth Grove Primary school. We used a combination of modern and traditional construction methods; a modern, lightweight steel-framed solution from PremierModular was adopted and then more traditional plastering methods were undertaken using limelight renovating plaster. We also worked on all Firestopping on seals and penetrations in accordance with our FIRAS accreditation. The project value was £367k and it was delivered within the agreed timescale.
